New Build Homes
Every new build project begins with a careful reading of the site — its character, its constraints, and its potential. We work across London, Hampshire and the surrounding counties, designing homes that feel rooted in their landscape and built entirely around the people who will live in them. We navigate the planning process with confidence and imagination, and place great importance on the selection of materials — prioritising natural, sustainably sourced finishes that will age well and feel right for generations. The result is always a house that feels original, considered and made to last.
Listed Building Renovations
Working with listed buildings and homes in conservation areas requires a thorough understanding of planning policy, a sensitivity to historic fabric, and the creativity to find modern solutions that sit comfortably alongside original features. We have experience securing listed building consent and conservation area approvals, working closely with planning officers and heritage consultants throughout. The goal is always to bring a historic home carefully into the present without losing what makes it special.
House Extensions
A well-designed extension does more than add space — it changes how a home feels and functions. We design rear extensions, side returns, wraparound additions, double-storey extensions and loft conversions for terraced, semi-detached and detached homes. Where planning permission is required, we manage the full application process from initial feasibility through to consent. Each project is designed in close dialogue with the existing building, improving its flow and creating something that feels as though it has always been there.
Interior Design
Our interior design service is fully integrated with our architecture — developed in parallel with the building design from the earliest stages, not added at the end. We guide clients through every material, finish, fixture and fitting across the whole home: from structural floor finishes and kitchen design to lighting, joinery, bathrooms and soft furnishings. Working with mood boards, detailed drawings and curated samples, the result is an interior that is cohesive, considered and genuinely personal.
Full House Renovations
Many homes are fundamentally good but have accumulated layers of poor decisions over the years — awkward layouts, badly proportioned rooms, finishes that no longer reflect the people who live there. A full renovation is the opportunity to address everything at once: to restructure the plan, improve every surface and detail, and create a home that feels coherent and beautiful throughout. We manage the entire process, including any planning and building regulations submissions, from initial survey to final snagging.
Project Management
We remain closely involved throughout construction — managing the tender process, appointing the right contractor, administering the building contract and carrying out regular site visits. We do not step back once planning is granted; the design is only fully realised when it is built with the same care with which it was conceived. Every contractor and supplier we recommend has been tried and tested by us, so you can be confident you are in safe hands throughout.
